We carry out local job placement policies to help unemployed or vulnerable people, collaborating with public entities such as the SOC and local councils.

We practice sustainable gastronomic elaboration to avoid excess production.

We promote healthy practices among customers and our teams, encouraging healthy eating and regular exercise.
Since 2017 we have been the main sponsor of Support Soccer and Aqua Hotel Futbol Club, thus promoting sport from the earliest ages and values such as respect for teammates, rivals, material and facilities.
SDG 4 Promotion of inclusive education and training.
We have a Continuous Training Plan helping the personal and professional development of our teams.
We also have agreements with several universities in order to help inclusive training. We offer university scholarships so that young talents can train. We encourage internal promotion.
SDG 5 Gender equality.
Implementation of a gender equality plan in all areas of our hotels, promoting the same opportunities for all.
SDG 8 Decent employment and local economic growth.
We favor a good work environment and camaraderie.
We facilitate the reconciliation of work, family and personal life. We promote inclusive and sustained economic growth. We generate direct and indirect jobs favoring the local economy. We prioritize purchases from local suppliers, thus giving a boost to local (km 0) and seasonal production, avoiding unnecessary transport emissions. We value responsible purchases with environmental certificates.
